Hi and welcome to my web site, modest-weddingdresses.com. Let me tell you something, I have a passion for wedding dresses. They are among the most beautiful clothes on earth, sown from the finest fabrics, and in with the most beautiful designs. I am dedicated to bring you some great tips on how to go through the process of choosing your wedding dress, how to prepare yourself and where to find the best deals. I will also try to upload as many pictures as possible so that you can use this site as a point of inspiration and ideas.
Why modest wedding dresses? Well, I believe a woman doesn’t have to wear less to be beautiful. If a man can wear a tent of a suit and be called beautiful, or handsome, so can a woman (not that I endorse a tent as wedding dresses).
This site is about choosing a wedding dress that is comfortable for you, and that adheres to any religious guidelines you follow. I hope to be able to show a wide variety of dresses and styles, and hopefully make the choosing process a breeze for you.
I also want to make a community where we can discuss relevant topics, so please make good use of the comment section of each post.

I came across your website and am wondering why you are showing gowns without sleeves when it seems like your site is dedicated to modest, sleeved gowns. Although you mention two stores along the Wasatch Front, there are several lines you have not mentioned.
From what my brides tell me, the best fitting and the most reasonably priced gowns are the Bonny Bliss line. Would you go to their website and look at them and get back to me on what you think? I’d like your input.

Yes, this is a site mostly about LDS wedding dresses, but not exclusively. This site is about modest wedding gowns in general, and I personally feel that all the gowns here can be described as modest, even those without sleeves. Yes, an LDS-ready gown can’t be sleeveless, but you can always have sleeves sown on, which is a simpler job than making a bold wedding dress modest. So I think that women having a Temple marriage can browse and perhaps buy a sleeveless wedding dress and have them tailored on before the wedding.
